§ 30R-1-1. Duties.

(1)

The town sanitarian is the duly authorized representative of the director of health of the town.

(2)

His duties are to enforce the regulations of the public health code of the state pertaining to "environmental health" under section 19-13-B, detailed in chapter two of the code; and the ordinances and regulations of the town encompassing the same health field.
