§ 30R-1-5. Limitations of authority.

(1)

In any unusual situation he shall refer the case to the director of health before giving approval to plans and specifications or issuing a permit.

(2)

The sanitarian is directed not to make designs, nor to draw plans, for construction within his sphere of responsibility.
