§ 30-1. Director's authority; restrictions and regulations.

The authority herein conferred upon the director of health of the town shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the public health code of the state, the basic building code of the state and any regulations adopted by the director of health pursuant to the provisions of G.S. § 19a-2.
