§ 30-21. Regulations adopted.

Latest version.

The director of health shall adopt regulations, pursuant to section 30-1 herein and the Connecticut General Statutes, pertaining to the sanitation and permitting of food service establishments and setting license, inspection, and plan review requirements, propose fees for same, and penalties for violations.
