§ 6-2. Sunday sales.

Hotels, restaurants, cafes, clubs, taverns and other establishments listed in G.S. § 30-91(a) and (c) may sell alcoholic beverages on Sunday between 12:00 noon and 11:00 p.m., but not thereafter until 9:00 a.m. the following Monday, except when New Year's Eve shall fall on Sunday evening, in which event the closing hours shall conform to the provisions of section 6-3. The foregoing sentence shall not affect the Sunday morning closing hours of Saturday operation.
