§ 6-3. Closing hours for nightclubs.

No establishment operating under a nightclub permit shall remain open past the closing times established by G.S. § 30-91 for other classes of liquor permits listed in G.S. § 30-21a. The sale, dispensing or consumption of alcoholic liquor or the presence of alcoholic liquor in glasses or other receptacles suitable to permit the consumption of alcohol by an individual is prohibited in such establishments after such closing times. Persons who violate this section shall be subject to a fine. The amount of such fine is listed on Appendix D, Table of Ordinance Fines.
